Welcome to Rune Helmets Official. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our custom artisan products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Artisan Product Disclaimer

All products sold by Rune Helmets Official use base helmets that are DOT/ECE R22.06 certified. Our custom work (sculptural additions, airbrush art, LED integration, and accessories) is applied to these certified base helmets.

Regulations Vary by Country: Helmet safety regulations and rules regarding modified or customized helmets differ from country to country. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and comply with their local traffic and road safety laws before using a customized helmet on public roads.
Buyer's Risk: We provide these items for collection, display, and artistic purposes as well as everyday riding use. The decision to use these products on public roads is at the sole risk and responsibility of the buyer, in compliance with their local traffic laws.

2. Intellectual Property & Artistic Tribute

Rune Helmets Official is an independent workshop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any film studios or motorcycle manufacturers.

Artistic Interpretations: Our designs are "Artistic Tributes" inspired by popular culture (Predator, Marvel, etc.). You are paying for the artisan labor, airbrushing skill, and the modification service provided by our workshop.
Brand Property: All original logos, photography, and website content are the exclusive property of Rune Helmets Official.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rune Helmets Official (operated by PT Rune Kreasi Indonesia) shall not be liable for any physical injury, disability, death, or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with modified headwear.

4. Order Refusal & Accuracy

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions to specific regions.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.
