Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Every Rune Helmets Official product is a piece of art, handmade and airbrushed with precision. We do not mass-produce our items.

• Production Window: We offer two production speeds: Standard Build — 3–4 weeks, or Priority Build — 2 weeks (selectable at checkout). Production days are Monday – Friday; timing depends on our current queue and the complexity of the design.
• Holidays: We are closed on Indonesian National Holidays. Orders placed or due during these times will be processed on the next business day.

2. International Shipping & Carriers

We ship worldwide from our workshop in Bandung, Indonesia. Your order may be carried by DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, or Pos Indonesia/EMS — we select the carrier for each shipment based on destination, routing, restrictions, and service availability. The carrier actually used is shown with your tracking number once the order ships.

• Estimated Delivery: 6–7 business days after dispatch for Standard Delivery, 3–5 business days for Express Delivery.
• Shipping Cost: Standard Delivery is free to every country we ship to. Express Delivery costs $30 per Standard Build helmet and is selected at checkout; Priority Build helmets already include Express Delivery at no extra charge. The price shown at checkout is the full amount: import duties and taxes are already included (see section 3).
• Carrier Responsibility: Once the package is handed over to the courier, Rune Helmets Official is no longer in direct control of the delivery speed, customs delays, or routing.
• Split Shipments: If a single order contains both Priority Build and Standard Build items, it will be sent as two separate deliveries — each with its own tracking number. Priority items are never held back to wait for Standard items, and Standard items are never dispatched early. You are not charged extra for the second shipment.

4. Mandatory Shipping Requirements

• No P.O. Boxes: We require a physical street address for all international shipments.
• Phone Number: A valid contact number is mandatory. Without this, the courier cannot coordinate customs clearance or final delivery, which may lead to the package being returned.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the event of damage or loss during transit, contact us right away. Send your unboxing video if you filmed one, or photos of the packaging and the damage. Your claim will be handled directly by Rune Helmets Official in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy — you do not need to wait for the carrier's claim process. Where a claim is approved, the remedy is a refund; a rebuild of the same helmet may be offered instead, but only by prior agreement in writing. Separately, we will file our own claim with the carrier (e.g., DHL) to recover shipping-related costs; this internal process does not affect or delay your refund from us.
