How We Paint Every Predator Helmet by Hand

The Art Begins Before the Brush

Every Predator helmet at Rune begins as a raw shell — no color, no character. Before a single drop of paint touches the surface, our team spends hours sanding, priming, and preparing the base coat to ensure perfect adhesion for every layer that follows.

40+ Hours of Airbrush Work

The signature Predator design requires precision that only hand-painting can deliver. Each helmet goes through a minimum of 40 hours of airbrush work — from the base gradients to the final detail lines that bring the character to life.

The Dreadlock System

No two sets of dreadlocks are identical. Each one is individually cast, shaped, and hand-painted before being attached to the helmet. This is the craft that defines Rune — wearable art, built one piece at a time.
